Sample Letter of Inquiry. The letter of inquiry (often referred to as an LOI) is sometimes the first step toward determining a foundation's interest in a project. This Anatomy of an LOI sample provides a strong outline for composing this important document. Comments to the right of the text give tips and hints to help you along the way

After you receive a charitable grant and provide us with a copy of your award agreement, we will prepare a Post-Award Coordination Form to assist you with staying organized during the grant period. Please note that award agreements to the UA Foundation (and/or those identified as needing a 501(c)3 recipient) need to be handled and signed by UA Foundation personnel. Please contact
